We're 14 weeks today!
Two weeks until my next appointment, four to six weeks until we find out the gender, and roughly twenty-six weeks until we meet this new bundle of joy.
Quite the count down but I can only imagine how quickly it'll go by as the weather warms up.
This week baby #2 is approx. 3.5-4 inches long and weighs approx. 1.5 ounces.
He/she is grimacing, smiling, laughing, and practicing swallowing. Now that baby's fully formed the main focus this trimester is growth.
Not only will he/she double in size, but we'll be able to feel and see movement too!
Here's my baby belly as it stands this morning. I think I've officially entered that awkward stage where it's hard to tell if I'm pregnant or just had one too many desserts.
Unfortunately, I think I can also say goodbye to my much flatter stomach until next winter. Boo-hoo. :(

Hard to believe green grass existed in those photos this time last year; right now all I see out my window is brown. Yuck! I want my garden back!
Until next time...
