4 Months

I know I say this every time but I still can't believe how fast Annalise is growing up.

1 month stats:

2 month stats:
weight-9lbs5oz

head circumference-35cm

4 month stats:
weight-10lbs4oz
height-24in
head circumference-40cm
chest-40cm

She's in about the 90th% percentile for height and <10th% percentile for weight. But, to be honest...I think percentiles are silly. She would obviously never refuse food and is extremely active. The doctor would, however, like us to start introducing some foods and see if we can get a few extra calories in that way. Otherwise we've already been supplementing with a little formula if she's still hungry after nursing.

Last week we introduced rice cereal but she didn't seem to be a huge fan.
I wouldn't want to eat that bland stuff either. Yuk!

Mommy's already fixed you some yummy oatmeal for when you can swallow better. Just wait :)!

Today was better.  We tried avocado with a little breast milk to make it the right consistency.
She LOVED it!

I can't wait to make her more yummy foods from our garden this summer.
