So you like to dance?



It's a Shaun T kind of month. If you haven't figured it out yet, he's pretty awesome. So are his workouts. 

My last Hip Hop Abs challenge group lost 57lbs and 127 inches in just 30 days. 30 days!

Also coming up is my "Toned in 25" challenge group, starting October 14th. This only requires 25 minutes a day. Everybody's got time for that!
