Weightloss Wednesday

In one month I've dropped 7.5lbs and lost 2 inches in my chest, 2 inches in my thighs, 
1 inch in my waist, and 1 inch in my hips. 

That's 6 inches in a month! Not bad for 7 months post partum. 
Just from eating better, working out consistently, and using Shakeology to fill meals that I miss. I never go hungry and I'm really enjoying the challenge groups I've been hosting.
